Trade visitor registration

BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF is open to trade visitors exclusively. Only credentialed trade visitors are admitted. We hope you understand that we are not able to admit end users.

Advantages of registration:

Experts meet other experts at the trade fair.
You receive the BEAUTYaktuell magazine free of charge.
Once you are registered, you maintain your trade visitor status for subsequent trade fairs.

In order to be able to register as a trade visitor, you must be working in one of the business sectors listed below. You must also provide a piece of evidence listed below.

Accepted industries

The registration as a trade visitor is possible for the following industries:

Cosmetic institutes
Tanning studio
Perfumery / Drugstore
Cosmetics manufacturer
Doctor's surgery / Clinic / Complementary Practitioner
Pharmacy
Nail studio
Chiropody practice
Hairdressing salon
Beauty farms / Wellness institutes / Day Spa
Beauty college
Fitness / Massage / Physiotherapy practice
Import/ Export for cosmetic products
Make-up Artists

Acceptable proof of industry affiliation

In order to register as a trade visitor you need to provide evidence that you are working in one of the listed business sectors.

The following credentials are accepted:

Self-employed persons
Business licence, excerpt from the commercial register, written confirmation from the tax authority

Employees
Employment contract (1 page), current salary and earnings statement (please black out your salary)

College students
Report card from vocational college, written confirmation from the college, valid student ID

IMPORTANT: Certificates do not constitute sufficient evidence and are not accepted for registration.

Register online

Once you have all required information on hand, you may register online.

Please note: Completing the online form alone does not automatically qualify you to visit BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF.

I am a trade visitor and already have a Customer ID.

Do you already have a customer number as BEAUTY trade visitor?

If so, you do not need to register again. As usual, you will receive your check-in data as of January. You may use this data to enter our new BEAUTY online ticket shop and order your eTicket.
